    Ingredients
    • 1cup Orange SkinFinely chopped
    • 11 TamarindSoaked inWater
    • 2tsp salt
    • 2tsp RedChilli Powder
    • 1tsp Jaggery
    • 2tsp Oil
    • 0.5tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 2pinches Asafoetida
    Instructions
    1. Take a kadai heat oil,add mustard and asafetida.
    2. When it pops add finely chopped orange skin and fry.
    3. Add tamarind pulp to this and then salt and red chili powder and mix well.
    4. Cook till the orange skin becomes soft
    5. Finally add the jaggery and stir well.
