Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes
- 1.25 spoon salt
- .25 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Green Chillies Chopped
- .5 inch Ginger
- 1 tsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
For Batter
- .75 Cup Gram Flour Kadalai Maavu
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Ghee Melted
- 3 Pinches Cooking Soda
- .5 Spoon RedChilli Powder
- 2 tsp Cashews Broken
- Oil For Fying

Instructions
- Boil potatoes and remove the skin and mash it well with your hands.
- In a kadai add oil ,fry the cashews add jeera,green chilies, turmeric and red chili powder and the mashed potatoes.Add salt and mix well.
- Switch off and make balls and keep aside.
- In a bowl add gram flour salt, red chili powder ,cooking soda and ghee.Add water to this and make a paste of pouring consistency.
- Take a kadai add oil and heat in medium flame.Once the oil is heated put 4 0r 5 potato balls in the batter and take it out with a spoon
- Drop It carefully in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
