Instructions
- Wash and soak the Boiled rice + Raw rice for 3-4 hours.
- Mix the Soaked rice with Grated coconut and add Very very little of salt and grid it to a paste.Note : Add less salt as the batter takes less salt .
- Add minimum water while grinding so that the batter becomes a smooth paste and also make sure that there are not plumps and grits.
- To test the smoothness of the batter, just take the pinch of batter you will find the smoothness instantly.
- If you feel it needs more smoothness, add bit of water and grid again. Do this process till you smooth batter liquid.
- Once adding water, the consistency should be like butter milk and add water accordingly and salt if needed.Note : You have to be careful while adding salt, else you will get a Salty dosa.
- Head the pan and grease and start pouring the batter using a ladle.Note : Greasing have to be done for each dosa.
- You do not have to spread the batter as it will automatically spread by itself and cook for 30 secs.
- If needed put a pan cook for 30 secs more. Totally you can keep the dosa in flame for 1 minute in medium / low flame
- Make sure that you don't make the dosa brown. It should be white in colour.
- Make it as a Square or rectangle or triangle shaped dosa
- Serve Hot... Enjoy the food!
Recipe Notes
- The consistency of batter is very important, adjust the consistency as needed.
- grease the pan for each and every dosa.
- Cook for 30 secs or max 1 minute in low flame
- Do not flip the dosa
Notes :
- Rice should be soaked well ( minimum of 3-4 Hours )
- Make sure that you dont keep the dosa in pan for more than 1 minute!
