    Ingredients

    • 1tbsp


      Urad Daal

    • 1Piece


      Red Chilly



    • saltAs Needed

    • 1tsp


      Cummin Seed

    • 1tsp


      Rice Flour

    • 1Bunch


      Keerai

    Instructions
    1. Boil the water and add Keeerai ( Spinach )

    2. Add Salt and Cumin Seeds

    3. Keep in low flame for 7-8 minutes

    4. Add the rice flour and mesh,check for a softer consistency

    5. Saute Urad dall and Red chilly in 1 Tbsp of oil and mix with the Keerai.

    Recipe Notes
    • Home grown keerai does tastes better than we buy from outside! The keerai that we have used is from our roof Garden!
    • If u do not want the color change in keerai pl put one pinch of sugar.so that greenish will there
    • Add onion, tomato,┬áred chilly mustard,urad daal, hing and saute. Add few drops of ghee will be a great for any rice mix.
