Mor milagai is nothing but chillies are soaked in the sun light til they are dried and crispy .
Generally Mor Kali are gluey in nature and sour to taste but a delicious one though!

Instructions
Soak rice in water for an hour.
Drain the water Add Green chilly, Buttermilk with rice and grind.
Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds,add urad dal, Bengal Gram, Mor Milagai, Curry leaves and asafoetida.
Fry till the color changes..
keep the flame in low and add the prepared rice+buttermilk mixture stirring continuously. <
The mix should look like the below image with no change in colour and consistency
Take a Glass / silver Tray and grease it with oil to maintain the stickiness.
Pour the cooked food over the greasy tray and make it flat
