Cabbage Curry - Muttakose Curry

- 1 Medium size Cabbage
- 2 Medium Size Carrots
- 1 Small Cup Green Peas
- Curry Leaves As Needed
- 2 Piece Green Chilli
- Grated Coconut As Needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Mustard As Needed
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Urad Daal

Seasoning - 1 tbsp Mustard As Needed
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Urad Daal

Instructions
Heat oil , add mustard seeds and when they crack add Urad dhal and fry for a minute.
then add green chillies and curry leaves..
Add the shredded mix, salt to taste, sprinkle little water and mix well
Do not add too much water, Just Sprinkle and stand near it to stir it to avoid it burning.

Since cabbage gets cooked in minutes, check if water is drained, Once it is cooked, turn off the heat and add Grated Coconut
Add the grated coconut, Mix / Sitr well and serve it.
Recipe Notes
- Add Onion if you like
- Do not over cook, you might not like the odour
- Always make sure the greenish white color is maintained
